Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, tariffs, and current postage policies.

🌍 Where I Ship

I ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations.

Due to changing international tax, customs, product compliance, and postal requirements, there are some regions I am unfortunately unable to ship to directly.

If you're in the United Kingdom, please place your order via my Etsy store. Etsy collects VAT at checkout to comply with UK tax regulations.

I am currently unable to ship to the European Union due to regulatory requirements that are not feasible for my micro business to meet.

Due to ongoing changes within the domestic and international postage landscape, I currently offer tracked postage only on all orders. This provides greater delivery visibility and helps ensure orders can be followed throughout their journey.

Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via tracked parcel post for $10 AUD.

Tracking provides:

• Safer and more reliable delivery
• Tracking on all orders
• Greater visibility if postal delays occur

Estimated delivery time:
2–8 business days depending on location.

New Zealand

Orders to New Zealand are shipped via international tracked parcel post for $15 AUD.

Estimated delivery time:
5–12 business days.

Please note that any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by New Zealand authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

United States

Orders to the USA are shipped via international tracked parcel post for $22 AUD.

US Tariff Information

The United States Government currently applies a 12.5% tariff to the items sold in my store.

Under current US import requirements, this tariff must be collected prior to shipping. As a result, the 12.5% tariff is automatically calculated and added to your order at checkout.

This tariff is set by the US Government and is separate from Curve Creation Store's product prices and shipping charges.

By collecting the required tariff at checkout, your order can be correctly processed for import into the United States.

Estimated delivery time:
7–15 business days.

Please be aware that US tariff and import requirements are subject to change. I will continue to update this page as requirements affecting my store change.

United Kingdom

Due to UK VAT requirements, all UK orders must be placed through my Etsy store.

This ensures:

• VAT is correctly collected and processed
• Orders comply with UK tax requirements
• No unexpected VAT collection upon delivery

European Union

Unfortunately, I am currently unable to ship orders to countries within the European Union.

Recent changes to EU product compliance and regulatory requirements have introduced additional obligations for businesses selling products into the EU. As Curve Creation Store is a micro business operated by one person, meeting these requirements is unfortunately not financially or administratively feasible at this time.

I know this is disappointing, particularly for customers who have previously been able to order from me, and I am genuinely sorry that I can no longer offer shipping to the EU.

I will continue to monitor the requirements and hope to be able to offer EU shipping again in the future if it becomes feasible for my small business.

🌍 Other Countries

I currently ship to select additional countries via international tracked parcel post for $22 AUD.

Please note:

• Import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees may apply depending on your country
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically collected at checkout
• Delivery times may vary due to customs and local postal processing

📦 Why Tracked Postage Only?

Due to ongoing changes within the domestic and international postage landscape, Curve Creation Store currently offers tracked postage only.

While I know tracked postage can cost more than untracked letter mail, it provides:

• Tracking throughout your order's journey
• Greater protection if an order is delayed or lost
• More reliable delivery information
• Better compliance with changing international customs and postal requirements

🛍️ Order Processing

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Custom orders and high-volume periods may take a little longer, but I'll always do my best to keep you updated.

T-shirts and hoodies are drop shipped separately and will be sent directly from my production partner. They may therefore arrive separately from other Curve Creation products in the same order.

💌 Additional Information

• All orders are packed with care from my studio in Australia, with the exception of drop-shipped apparel
• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal, customs, or other delays outside my control
• International customers are responsible for any applicable local import charges unless those charges have already been collected at checkout
